From the first appointment with Alda, I felt like there would be an end to it all!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>She understood my symptoms and the social difficulty associated with them. We talked about different food groups and their part in the digestive system and I was started on the FODMAPS diet to find which food group(s) were the culprit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>It has been a few months now, and I am thrilled with the results \u2013 flat tummy \u2013 even after eating a decent sized meal, and a significant reduction in all my IBS symptoms.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Thank you Alda for changing my life!!
