I meet with Alda early December 2019 on the advice of my G.P, I,m 74 years old, my weight was out of control @ 131kg,and my Diabetes was at a critical stage pre insulin.

Result, by the end of March 2020 I have lost 17kg heading for a goal of 105 Kg, very achievable given the easy lifestyle choices I have and what is of major importance to my Family and I my diabetes has gone from 70 to 37 \u2026\u2026outstanding\u2026 As a side issue my Wife has lost 10 kg over the same period, she\u2019s very happy as well.<\/p>\n
